Dear Border Church Family,
This week you are invited to participate in an Agape feast and communion with us as we reflect upon the Gospel Commission and the lessons we learn in the conflict that arose in Antioch as recorded by Paul in Galatians 2.
Our Bible Marking will look at what the fate of the wicked will be. This is often a misunderstood topic and what most people believe the Bible says about this is difficult to reconcile with a loving God. It is important to give a solid answer to these questions so make sure you come for this.
We will be in the CWA Hall at 169 Griffith Street, Coolangatta. Parking can be found on Griffith and Boundary streets as well as on Marine Parade.
For our Agape feast, we will be having a Mediterranean/Middle Eastern theme as we like to do something special for our communion services. Some of our elders will be leading out.
This Sunday we are having our first Sunday Funday for Spring. Refer to the flyer sent out last week for details. Please feel free to share and bring friends or family for sausage sizzle, pool time and general fun in the sun.
After some consulting with various businesses I have the website in progress for Border Church, though it will be another few days until it is ready to go live. The deal also will come with an app for our Church that will allow for a variety of functions and connectedness. I cannot wait to share more about this with you all.
Prayer meetings are on Wednesdays at 2pm at 179 Botanical Circuit, Banora Point. Please message me or speak to Lorraine if you have any prayer requests we can add to our list. You can join this prayer meeting through zoom with the link - https://us02web.zoom.us/j/81584149095. All are welcome to join as we pray for our community and upcoming projects.
