Border Church this Week

This week we continue our series called "Enchanted by the Go-Spell". In this practical message, Pitch Perfect, everyone will get a chance to develop and hone their "Elevator Pitch" for the Gospel. What do you say when you have 60 seconds to share about Jesus? Come and learn what to do...

This week we are having Cafe-Style Church. We always have a healthy vegetarian fellowship lunch after Church. We will be having soups and stews this week! Our lunch schedule can be found here - https://border.church/pages/church-luncheons-roster

Did you know Border Church has a mission/identity statement? You can find it on our website:

We are a non-denominational, Gospel-centred, Biblically-immersed, Spirit-filled, Discipleship-focused, Service-oriented, Home-style Church Plant in Gold Coast/Tweed region at the QLD-NSW Border near Coolangatta.

Beginning on in October, the dreaded Daylight Savings time comes in. As usual, for the next six months we will straddle the 10am time. This will take effect from our service on Saturday October 7.  Please plan ahead accordingly.

If you would like the blessing of late-year festivals there are celebrations being held at Kingdom Church at 29/211 Brisbane Road, Biggera Waters. We are discussing partnering with them to hold southern celebrations in future years. Trumpets and Atonement are free for anyone.

Atonement -  Monday, September 25, 5:30pm

Tabernacles/Kingdom Festival - Friday, September 29 to Wednesday, October 4 -  This will be a special event held at Genesis Church in Carrara. The schedule can be found here. Other worship opportunities

If you or anyone you know would like to start a Discovery Bible Reading group, we would be happy to equip and support you in this. We will be teaching how to do these from this week. It really is very simple.

We run Alpha small groups on a regular basis and if you would like help hosting one for your friends or loved ones to discover Jesus and the basics of the Bible, please let us know.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday at 10am.
